Product Detail

The Verify Interactive range of assessments builds on SHLs well respected, valid and reliable approach to assessment but offers a new and engaging and activity-based assessment format to predict workplace performance. This assessment can be used on any device including mobile phones and the adaptive technology provides a precise score and can be taken in an unsupervised setting. The Verify range of assessments are available in a range of different languages and require level A accreditation to interpret.

The verify interactive range includes:

 

Verify Interactive G + - 24 questions, 36 minutes

SHL Verify Interactive G+ is a test of general cognitive ability that also generates accurate assessments of three specific abilities: Deductive Reasoning, Inductive Reasoning, and Numerical Reasoning. The candidate will see questions measuring all three abilities. Candidates will receive a score on each of the specific abilities as well as a general ability score.

 

Verify Deductive – 18 questions, 20 minutes

Verify Deductive can be used for recruiting midlevel positions that would benefit from deductive reasoning ability. Candidates must use their problem solving and reasoning skills, to evaluate arguments, analyse scenarios, and draw logical conclusions

 

Verify Inductive Reasoning - 15 questions, 18 minutes

Verify Inductive Reasoning tests abilities such as troubleshooting, creative problem solving and innovative idea generation. Potential roles that use this ability are Product Development, IT, Professional Services, and Management.

 

Verify Numerical Reasoning - 10 questions, 18 minutes

Verify Numerical Reasoning helps to predict workplace performance and offers sample tasks for jobs that may require numerical reasoning including, but not limited to, analysis and interpretation of numerical data (e.g., budgets & costs, trends and margins).

 

Verify Numerical Calculation - 10 questions, 10 minutes

Verify Numerical Calculation offers an interactive, business-relevant approach to predict workplace performance. This assessment aims to measures a candidate’s ability to work with numbers and use appropriate mathematics in different situations.
