Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (EIQ)
The Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (EIQ), developed by Prof Victor Dulewicz and Prof Malcolm Higgs, helps assess and develop individuals levels of emotional intelligence across 7 key domains: Self-awareness, Emotional Resilience, Motivation, Interpersonal Sensitivity, Influence, Intuitiveness and Conscientious. It gives you the key to data that has the ability to predict their possible future performance in role.

GFB Personality Profile
Drawing on their experience as Global leaders in people assessment, GFB have developed a user friendly, clear and modern trait and
narrative report which is built based on an individual’s responses to the reliable, robust and well validated Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ).

Golden Personality Type Profiler
The Golden Personality Type Profiler is an online tool which helps employees understand how they make decisions and relate to others. Unlike some simplistic type-oriented assessments, Golden identifies both a Jungian 4-letter personality type, a fifth global scale looking at responses to stress and the more complex traits that account for subtle differences between people of the same type.

Orpheus Personality Assessment
Orpheus is a broad-spectrum, work-based personality questionnaire that offers something quite different to other questionnaires. The first set of scales, based on the 'Big Five' model, measures durable personality traits with a second set of scales based on the prudentius model of integrity (these are the aspects of personality that are likely to change according to context and time of life).

SHL Leadership Report (OPQ32)
The Leadership Report provides a detailed insight into an individual’s leadership capability by analysing his or her unique style of operating and suggesting the areas of leadership in which he or she has the potential to excel as well as suggesting areas he or she finds more challenging.

SHL Sales Report (OPQ32 & MQ)

The Sales Report is based on the OPQ32 and Motivation Questionnaire (MQ). Combined, these tools offer a precise and in-depth picture of the important factors relevant for success in sales.
