*All bars or restaurants with sales less than or equal to $500,000. Any retail store with sales less than or equal to $1MM. The online tool will provide space to complete some additional questions and a referral to a GFB underwriter will be made electronically. A GFB underwriter will contact you within 48 hours to complete the account decision.
